This Privacy Notice Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Cypress Asset Recovery Service, LLC (“CARS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. Cypress Asset Recovery Service, LLC is a debt collector. We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. You have the right to request that CARS disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you: the categories of personal information we collected about you; the categories of sources; our business or commercial purpose; the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information; and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Deletion Rights
You have the right to request that CARS delete any personal information about you that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions including where we need to retain the information to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or otherwise use your personal information in a lawful manner compatible with the context in which you provided it.

3. Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the last 12 months we have collected: personal identifying information (name, address, account number); characteristics such as age and gender; retail information; geolocation data; recordings of telephone conversations; and professional/employment-related information.
4. Sale of Personal Information
CARS does not and will not sell, share, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties for their commercial purposes.
5. Changes to Our Privacy Notice
This Notice was last updated on 12-31-19. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time.
